PST repair.

Hi, does anyone have a contact for repairs to a PST. I believe it was knocked over on the tripod and now only sun spots are visible, there are no prominences visible  tuned.

Does the detail not change at all when turning the etalon knob? Does anything rattle inside where the tube meets the prism box?

I'm afraid this is indicative of a de-contacted etalon, the etalon plates are held together by molecular fusion and cannot easily be re-contacted other than by the manufacturer.     ☹️

I had exactly the same problem with my PST. Beloptick was able to re-contact the etalon and also replaced the ITF blocker filter: oliver.smie@beloptik.de
