The hot weather has produced some decent seeing, with glorious views at the eyepiece, and a sharper image stack with the camera. For me this year, last night was the first time that Enke has been clearly defined. 6000 out of 30,000 frames.

I'm pretty sure I can see the Crepe ring within the anse when I zoom into your image Chris.

Very nicely done Chris some lovely banding showing. I particular like the cyan band it is what I have been trying to highlight on my saturn images.

TVM for the comments. I am just too aware that I really need a C14 for imaging planets, although at my age and stage, I probably couldn't afford or lift one!

Crackin' image, Chris! Love those colorful bands! I have a 180mm Mak also. I don't think you need a C14 for imaging planets; you're getting fabulous images!

TVM Reggie. Unfortunately though, 

2xAperture = 2xResolution, 4xLight flux and 0.5xNoise.

Can't argue the specs, but there is much beauty to behold with a 180 Mak and you've illustrated that
