Only managed to get 1 hour of data since NINA is running the scope into EQMOD mount limits for some reason...

I too not fully understanding why you hit some limit in EQMOD, sounds like the meridian flip is not setup correctly in NINA, or the limits in the mount are set incorrectly, otherwise as it nears the limits it should finish the last image and then perform the f;ip to continue imaging for the rest of the session.
