Thanks to Goran for showing me the light (no pun intended).  His amazing image made it clear what had to be done on an image that I have never been satisfied with.  

TOA 130 and FSQ 106--about 4.5 hours each with ASI 1600.  Bin2 (Bin 1 is just too close)
