Where do I put the HDD?

Finally received everything I need to put this together, but where do I put the T7. I could get a longer cable and leave it on the floor or stick some velcro to attach to the asiair. 

Can anyone think of a better solution?

Being an SSD you don't have to worry about mounting it where it will be shaken about.

But my Telrad used to fall off my OTA using the provided sticky tape.

The improved Velcro design of the Dual Lock looks secure, but I'd add some rubber bands to reinforce the sticky tape attachment !

There are plenty of hardware options to hold the T7 securely, just google the DSLR / movie camera rig options. The most likely candidate is the Smallrig version;

Best place for the HDD is in the office on the network. For my main rig(s) I save directly to the big NAS via ethernet.

Although all my mini PCs have their own 500 GB internal SSDs for local storage. In the case of the MeLe Quieter 2 that's a M2 SSD, and it's fast.
