First Jupiter of the season with good seeing

This is the first time I have managed to image Jupiter this apparition. Seeing seemed very steady around 3.15am last night. This was taken with my TEC140 and a 2.5x barlow, I used my Altair 533c cropped to 752x752 which provided a steady 40 frame a second.  This is the best 20% of a 1000 frames, stacked in Autostakkert3 and tweaked in photoshop.   You can also see Ganymede close by to Jupiter's disk.

It's lovely to see the images shared and getting the moon to is nice.

This year so far there hasn't been the large white areas seen last year I think it was.

Really crisp detail and vivid colouring. 

Nothing like capturing a moon with Jupiter in a tight shot.
