I stumbled across this on Stellarium. Anybody know what it is?

I’ve noticed there are several optical artifacts in Stellarium at different zoom levels. Just ignore them.

Looks like a giant spider. Best to treat it with fire, lots of fire But seriously the that does look very strange??

Nope, it's an ant! Don't ask me why it's there, though!

Generally seems like a reflection from a primary or secondary mirror, the AAS worldwide telescope has these "abberations" all over the place.
