Amazingly we are forecast clear here from 9pm to 3am ...... can it it really be true. Perseid maximum, no moon and the Io transit.

Thanks Chris! Haven't seen a transit for a long time, forecast didn't look great a few hours before, but turned out great in the end.

Great here too  clear, excellent seeing and no mosquitos - what more could you ask for? I collected a few AVIs as well, be interesting to see how they turn out when processed.
