I came across this telescope in a charity shop this morning, how disappointing 🤔.

Did you actually buy that scope Paul?  I have a lovely vintage 60mm you could have for £40, and it has original moon maps etc in excellent condition. Anyhow, you used to own a beautiful Questar that once belonged to Peter Sellars.

Can’t be that good if it only goes up to x 262.

or maybe they haven’t pushed it. I’m sure @mikeDnightcan try with his Barlowed Vixen HR 1.6

Someone posted recently about having bought a "telescope 262 power", asking if it was any good. Not sure if they ever got back to confirm the model, maybe this is the same though.

Rubbish scope..but just look at that handle!!..smooth, flowing lines, satin silver finish..ooer, I feel faint, need to sit down!👍😋
