New Raspberry Pico

I'm sure most of you have received the email notification, but for those who haven't the Raspberry mob have released a new device i.e. Raspberry Pi Pico– The Pi Hut   which it looks like it may be able to replace the Arduino Nano's we love to use, and at less than £4 a basic unit, seems to be a steal....

It's about the same physical size, but that is where the similarity ends... Dual core 32bit ARM processor running at 133Mhz.... compared to the Nano's 20mHz 8bit AVR.... no comparison.  But does it directly support the Arduino C++ language, I don't think it does.

It does support C++ (although I guess not the Arduino special stuff). Interestingly, arduino are also building a board themselves using the new chip. Given it will have WiFi, I guess it will be a fair bit more expensive:
