Strange Mouse Cursor Issue when using EQ Mount

I'm wondering if anyone can help when i connect my mount to my computer and it launches eq mod i have issues with the mouse cursor not being in full control of it and having sesitivity issues. I'm using the correct cable and it all connects it's just unusable wit hthe mouse. Help me !!

Wired or Wireless/Buetooth mouse ?

Try different USB ports.

If you have a cordless Logitech mouse with the unifying software, you may have to use the basic settings for it.
Meaning with no trailing set. The same goes for some planetarium programs
