Interesting choice of first post...

Please be assured that there are three of us working feverishly to move FLO to a new server, we are also taking this opportunity to update FLO's ecommerce software and to set-up an easier to use and more efficient help-desk.

It is not so much the downtime but that ridiculous notice This Account Has Been Suspended that irritates me. When we took FLO offline that notice was automatically thrown up and it does rather give he impression that we haven't paid our bills :)

To our competitors: Don't get your hopes up :)

We should be up and running before breakfast!
