Shutter Drive Chain

Does anyone know of a source in which to purchase a length of nylon shutter drive chain. It is similar in design to standard bicycle chain and is used in some observatory suppliers.

Thanks for the linh. Yep this is the type I'm after, unfortunately it's too delicate for my shutter. It seems it only rated to 2lbsf. More umph needed

If you want the 'Rolls Royce' of lightweight drive chains for the shutter, this is the place to get them but be sure that your sprocket drive matches the pitch.

Thanks Steve, I'll certainly look into the Reynolds PC chain. Btw I used to visit Reynolds often when I was a young manufacturing Engineer at the Raleigh Cycle Company, many years ago.

This is my ‘plastic chain’ for the shutter drive, I don’t think it will break any time soon...😊
