M 48 female and male end caps

Hi, I am struggeling to find the right place for this so if it is in the wrong place feel free to move to the right thread. Know to the question. I have fitted a M 48 thread to my scope tube whitch i use to attache a FF  with a M 48 thread. To save keep taking all the bits off my scope Im looking for end caps the fit both items ( 1 female and 1 male ) I have looked all over the net and the only thing I can find is DLSR covers for camer bodys at rediculous prices. Can anybody point me in the right direction to get some?
