Crescent Moon before Dusk on 29 March 2020

Hello people

My first stab at the Moon using prime focus with a 500D and a 2.25x Baader barlow on my Megrez 72. Think it was 1/120 of a second at ISO200...

This was taken at early dusk - and a good thing too as the sky was covered in cloud by full night!

Also had a wee go at Venus which I will post in a bit 😃

Nice image. I had a play the night before last. This one was over exposed, but when I looked at it I kinda liked it.

Great shot Rob. I love it against the blue sky.

Is there a way of viewing it at full resolution in Flickr? Can’t seem to zoom in at all on my phone? Can you embed it in the thread as an image?

It still links me to Flickr and won’t zoom in? Not a big deal but would be nice to see.

Ah yes, that worked. Downloaded the Flickr app and did it from there, thanks.
