Orion EAA targets - Arps, Hicksons, Flat and VV galaxies

Very nicely-presented document Mike. I particularly appreciate the insets. It's surprising how many really interesting VV targets there are in one constellation. Certainly they give the already fascinating Arps a good run for their money. VV161 (AKA the inner part of Abell 539?) is one of my favourite parts of the sky. So many galaxies.

Thanks Martin. I am fascinated by just how much we can see using the EAA technique. I agree that the VV galaxies give the Arps a good run for their money. Maybe one day i will explore the Abell groups. Mike

Great resource Mike, a project for next year as Orion has disappeared behind my house now (I can't really see much of the Western sky). VV790 looks interesting.

Hi Rob, It took a while to produce the document. Glad you like it. I have pondered at doing this for all the constellations - weeks of work!!!!!! I have all the list made up for each constellation but doing the EAA images is a monster project. Mike
