What scope to pair with Star Adventurer for Imaging?

what scope goes best with the SA? 

I'm looking for a  Refactor, relatively cheap, wide field and compact that's best suited for Imaging DSO's 

suggestions would be appreciated, thanks

I think that you want something like this:

or perhaps a bit better version (not optically, but mechanically as it has sliding dew shield and 2.5" R&P focuser):

Or you could get a nice, wide TS f/4.5 - 274 mm FL flatield APO.

(If you want to find out more about it, it's the Sharpstar 61 mm F 4.5 APO flatfield.)

Thanks for this. I think the Evostar 72 is closer to my budget right now.

Depending on size of sensor, you might want to factor in a field flattener as well - and if looking for wide field setup - go with one that is reducer as well.

I'm using a Nikon D90 which has  a APS-C

I'll look into a flattener/reducer
