EQMod and CDC forgetting alignment points

Has anyone else had issues with EQMod 'forgetting' your alignment points between sessions? I start up CDC which in turn calls up EQMod but it is always empty of alignment points. I trim in on a star, save the point (append on synch) and all looks good. But then the next session I have no alignment points again. Any help welcomed

Sounds like your save alignment points is not working.....

Check the setting.

If you're Plate-Solving, then don't use them, as they can cause issues with the system 'hunting' for the correct position ...

Where have you configured them to be saved ?  if its outside of your local profile, windows security maybe stopping the 'saves'. Try configuring the system to save to your desktop.

Plus make sure you dont have any illegal characters in the filename else Windows wont save the file - stick to A-Z,0-9 to be 100% safe

Again, these were at their default so don't think it's that. Assuming the forecast is correct I'll try the file location tonight and report back. Thanks for the input though

Ha, it works! Must have been the file location - many thanks indeed! Imaging away on the Crescent now
