I'm just abour to buy a sky tee 2 to put onto an eq6 tripod via an adapter. It will hold my 127 mak and either a 130 pds or ed 80 pro (whats peoples thoughts on the combo options) what are others loading.onto these double mounts.

Cheers

The most challenging scope that I put on my Skytee II is a TMB/LZOS triplet 130mm F/9.2 refractor. It weighs 9.5kg with finder, tube rings and diagonal. The Skytee II copes reasonably well with this scope, not perfectly, but it is a useable combination.

I have my 180 mak on mine usually, or my 102mm f13 frac (Vixen objective) which is a beast to mount and needs something fairly "industrial" to mount it on.

It is worth adding that the second mounting position (top) on the SkyTee is for lightweight scopes only such as a small frac - I put my ED80 on it, eg below:-
