Two years of subs on M13, being ruthless about choosing the best subs, May '19 + June '18. Pleased to get texture right to the middle. 450D on 130P-DS, guided.

Given this month's challenge, I thought I'd have a shot at processing a single frame. I can't enter it as it's guided and a two-minute exposure, but it does show what a single DSLR frame can do. Naturally I chose the highest scoring frame. Main issue is the remaining hot pixels. Why is this so much better than my first stacked images etc?:
