PHD2 guiding

Hi guys and girls 

trying to link PHD2 with mount and it’s not recognising mount  do you have to first put SynScan hand set in first then select pc direct or carry on connecting laptop to mount on start up and try drivers again?.

Do you have the ascom drivers installed for the mount?

Yeah it is the second time I've uninstalled and reinstalled all of them. Because supposedly they have to be put on in order?.

What option in the drop down box are you choosing in phd2 to connect to the mount?

Have used these and once but have seen phd2 control is better
