On Saturday, I ordered an item from OV Optics in Belgium and on Monday they sent me an email telling me it had been dispatched. I was out early this morning and arrived home at about 9 to find a parcelforce card saying they had tried to deliver and will do so again tomorrow. Given the holidays, that is effectively "next day" (not their fault I wasn't in at 8.13).

I have also just received an email from FLO about an order placed over the Christmas holiday - the first part has been despatched (due for delivery tomorrow, again in effect "next day") and I will not be charged anything extra for the second part of delivery once they receive it.

Only problem is ...  this leaves me nothing about which to complain!

I may be able to help there - I have something to complain about!  My car failed the MOT and needs work doing!  :eek:   Does that help you with your problem?  Oh no!  It doesn't does it, because it's my problem - oh sorry - can't really help then...  I'll go back to sleep now...

Another two deliveries due today.

The first is from FLO and is the second camera that was ordered over Christmas (183mc to partner the new 183mm). This will be coming by courier for which I will have a one-hour slot.

The second is from FLO and is a usb3 cable which was ordered on Wednesday afternoon to see if I can get my laptop to talk to the cameras over usb3 rather than only usb2. This will be coming by Royal Mail.

That should be "it" for a while!
