saturn5 Posted October 26, 2008 Share Posted October 26, 2008 Posted this one in 1st DSO but have since had another crack at processing it.(not as easy as it seems)Canon350d(unmodded)Orion Europa 150HEQ510x120s,5x150 and 5x180 IS0800(unguided)Stacked using DSS and tweaked endlessly in PS CS2 Was great to actually get out last night after weeks or more like months of waiting and tackle this imaging lark,cant learn if you dont get out to do it. Seeing as your unguided it might be worth taking another set of subs at ISO 1600 to get some more data for the fainter detail.M31 is on the list of targets for me to redo with the new setup.I had a quick go at it the other night and the new setup looks good for it and im hoping that my HDR stacking method will suit itself to the target as well.Billy...
