that car in space

the car is in space and many objects circling the solar system rotate or tumble. Will this happen in time to the car ? And if so what are the mechanics of this process?

If there was no means of  stabilizing it, it was most likely tumbling from the start.
It was definitely rotating according to the video.

Most satellites would have a means of stablizing, thrusters or magnetorquing for instance.

I would have thought, hoped,  that it has been placed in a stable orbit, it will just continue to orbit forever.

Surprised to see so few replies on this amusing and somewhat intriguimg subject—Anyway I suspect rubber and plastic will over time glassify as for the paint will fade from various cosmic rays?

Not sure if this particular model is fiberglass or aluminium?

I would suspect that the car would not be drivable as it will become radio active?

Far very far from being an expert unfortunately! It is only what I read here and there.

Would anyone have more details or informations?
