My setup is not really suited for Galaxy season so I decided to image the Virgo cluster to get lots of them into one shot. Pretty amazing how many there are! Thinking of how big our own Galaxy is, it makes me pretty confident that there is life out there somewhere…

Data was taken over two successive nights with pretty good seeing conditions and a ‘Bortle 3’ sky. 

75 x L 300s - FSQ85 - Moravian G2-8300
25 x R/G/B 300s - WO Star71 II - Moravian G2-8300
Mount: Avalon Linear
