Yes, very simple yet very effective.

There are however some setups where it will not work because of needed back focus distance - helical focusers need at least 15mm, and when I'm using oag with my FR/FF on TS80 apo - there is simply no room for that, OAG focus position is such that it is less then 1mm away from maximum inward travel (I often touch end of OAG tube with sensor glass when trying to find exact position - makes me nervous every time not to scratch front window of cam!).

I got mine with my guide telescope but you can get them individually too. Worth a try?
