The intervalometer I bought isn't very good at taking exposures for the time I set and it chews through batteries like no one's business. I may need to get a better one. I may need to get a better one. why not use the star adventurer to take the exposures it will do up to 99 seconds just plug remote cord into camera and Star adventurer set switch at the side of the SA to north /or south and turn dial to star and it will do it all without intervention (you will get 49 seconds with the switch in between north and south)and to stop it just turn the dial on the SA to off and you can power the star adventurer with a mobile power-bank through the usb port.
