Which imaging app

Just wondering if there are any imaging apps,oreferbly simple ones!, which I can download  and keep without ever having to go online again.

There are 2 reasons for this   1st living on a narrowboat with questionable mobile phone signal and no wifi .. 2nd  I bought a laptop which is capable  to do this and have an old Phillips boosted webcam, but my knowledge and interest in computers stops there..If it dont work dont bother it is my motto!  Or put coal in it..

Is there any hope for me?

APT - https://www.ideiki.com/astro/ you only need to connect to internet for updates and maybe downloading  files if you want to platesolve but once you have files installed that’s it , though if you have a laptop then nothing a trip to McDonalds WiFi won’t sort?

I am looking for a simple webcam-spc/toucam - app which I can use offline.

Living on a narrowboat in the fens means no wifi,variable mobile signal and not having much interest in computer operating to be honest ,I really want something I can plug in and use.If anyone knows of one ?

Try Sharpcap or Firecapture or Craterlet  for image capturing. You will also need either Registax or Autostakkert for processing.
