Strange RA activity when guiding

Although I think my guide graph is ok, I am getting 8000ms pulses in RA. I can't think of any reason for this.

Not an EQMOD user so can't comment on the 8000mS RA pulses in the Message Center.

But the PA error in Guiding Assistant is very strange,  10116 arc-mins ???  Your RMS figures suggest it is really more like 5 arc-mins.

I can only think that your PHD2 Calibration presets (focal length, guidecam pixel size), are unusual ?
