Celestron Nightscape

Hi, 

I brought the Celestron Nightscape Camera 4 days go, but it keep give me this image, currently I am use the CPC 1100 HD

The same fuzzy image keeps coming up at facour or final image mode, 

Does anyone experience the similar problem before ?

That's not good, vertical lines or noise look like a CCD issue... is it still under warranty?

I only brought the Camera for 4 days, in day 1 it work, but then, the screen end up like this in any shooting mode....

I have also wrote to Celestron, but no reply...
