Berlebach tripod spreader question

I've picked up a really nice wooden tripod as shown on this thread but I'm thinking of getting a spreader for it and am wondering whether the Berebach one will fit.

Can anyone tell me what the dimensions of the Berlebach Uni 18 legs are? I've asked about the Uni 18 as I think that's the closest in size to mine.

On the tripod I have, the narrow upper strips of the legs measure approximately 12mm (w) X 35mm (d) with the total width of the three sections of each leg measuring approx 56mm.

Hi Ade,

I'm not at home so can't measure mine but I reckon the legs on a UNI-18 are about 8-10cm wide and 3-4cm deep.

Your tripod looks thinner in both dimensions but you might be able to modify the leg braces that the spreader clicks onto.

I just checked the Berlebach website and it seems the leg brackets for the Report system fit the same tray but look like they would fit variable sizes of legs:
