Hi everyone. As an afterthought at around 03:00 earlier, I had a go at this. Plan, and it never works out! The moral must be to plan nothing and... anyway, better than I expected. Processing is so much easier with this setup -700d + 150L- especially as is it's one of the few targets that you can compare colour with other images. OTOH, I think I maybe missing some blue.

Sorry. ngc869 and ngc884 en perseo. 90s light frames for around 40 minutes. 700d + f8 Newtonian on eq6. 0ffset frames, 1/4000s; flat and dark-flat frames, 3.2s. HTH and clear skies.
