I can't claim to have seen a cratered asteroid crossing the Moon but to my mind this image clearly shows the 'Bat Signal'................ Doubters will claim that a passing cloud was somehow involved but......... I know what I saw.........

Nice catch, CW.. it really does look like a little bat.

Something similar happened a few years ago.. sure wish I'd had a camera ready. Just as I was packing up to go back to the house after a session, some clouds began to drift in front of the nearly Full Moon and I swear, they looked exactly like an old-time sailing ship with all of the sails unfurled.

Reminded me of a scene from Peter Pan.. absolutely enchanting!
