Issue with Flats

Yes, I did manage to solve the issue (sort of) with IRIS, (The image is above) I am doing a new set of calibration frames, with more darks and then I will follow your advice for taking the flats :). I would like to resolve the gradient this way, as IRIS added lots of noise though seeing as I'm using only 10 mins total data that isn't very surprising.

Next chance you get (all the best of luck) take you darks at the same time as your subs so they are the same temp and at the same exposure times and iso.
