wornish Posted March 4, 2017 Share Posted March 4, 2017 You are getting there. Wavelets are difficult to get to grips with, if you search YouTube you can find some tutorials. I see you have photoshop. So another way to bring out more detail is to duplicate the layer and to the new top layer select Filter - Other - High Pass Filter and set the blending of this top layer to Overlay ( or Softlight.) The High Pass filter radius needs to be set very low say between 1 to 3 pixels as a good starting point. Hope this helps Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Hope this helps Dave, Tried that on the conv file that comes out of Autostakkert and it is pretty good. I'll need to experiment but seems more straightforward than wavelets. See attached!
