A cold and cloudy moon

It was 50/50 with the cloud this evening but I wanted to capture the crescent so given that it was too low by the time the cloud started clearing I went to the local park. By the time I got there and set up the clouds were back with a vengeance.

So the best I could do was a smash and grab, a single frame of the crescent and a very poor earthshine type affair which was captured at ISO 3200 through horrible clouds, hence, shrunk  

I gave up because of the cold as I forgot my hat with it being a rush job and clouds weren't clearing as I'd hoped.
