The FWHM script in PI gives a measure of 1.7 pix in your image. Astrometry.net shows a pixel scale of 3.5" per pixel. This gives an average FWHM of about 6".

I live right by the sea-side with all the associated rubbish seeing and I get 3.5"-4.5" FWHM for my Ha stacks.

Do you use any software to help you pin the focus with the Bahtinov? I've found that doing it by eye alone just does not cut it. I use the Bahtinov aid in APT, but other software solutions are available ;)
