Delos eyeguard - stupid question...

Just received my 14mm Delos...  I must but having a particularly dim moment.... as I can't quite see how to adjust the eye-guard despite the instructions.  Anyone have a photo or two of what I should be twisting exactly?   Many thanks in advance!

Rotate the 2 rubber grips in opposite directions to each other. One way loosens the movement and you can slide the whole top section up and down, the other way tightens it up and locks the top section in position.

According to the instructions you grip the lower grip ring and twist it to the left, then just pull it up apparently.

Sometimes these grip rings can be quite tight on new TeleVue EP's. I had a very stiff 18.2mm DeLite once that took some unscrewing. (Sorry Matron)

Thanks!  Yeah... I was being stupid. .   Nice way of adjusting the height of the eye guard.
