ok taken with a nikon unmodded D90 no flats and nor darks only lights/subs a total of 8 shots stacked in photoshop and critical advice welcome and of course a well done if you think its worthy of one

Here's my advice....

Get more data.  Looks like you had everything working great, but you need more data to bring out more detail.

 

As for other advice, what scope and setup did you uss?  how long were your exposuers?  what ISO settings?   The more detail that you can give the better advice you'll get from people.

Can you post  jpg version.  172MB its a bit much for a quick look.

Yeah it won't save a jpeg for some strange reason captured it in raw nef format

The iso was 800 exposure was 10 seconds scope was a skywatcher 200p eq 5pro mount

save it and post as a PNG, resize it first.

To help those out that wanted to see a quick preview. I've taken the liberty of resizing the image to 25% and doing a quick save as a png
