Space X explosion

Nasa has suffered a setback to the Space X programme. 
An explosion, (cause as yet unknown),  has occurred at the launch site.
Preparations for an Imminent launch were being prepared when the explosion took place.
No reported casualties,  but further news will be released shortly.

engine vibration I read but still too early to know

Always sad to see this as these things tend to set programmes back by months or years. I suppose it comes with the territory of pushing technology to extremes to make advancements.

Hope no one got hurt.

If the reports are correct this was not a rocket that had already been used, so not a turnaround/maintenance issue - which I'm sure will introduce additional challenges.

Problem seems to be it was on the launchpad they use for servicing the ISS.
