Adapter for Canon to fit on to EQ3 mount

Does anyone know of a possible adapter for my Canon to fit directly onto my mount so I can take wide field shots with tracking?

If I do this, I simply use a dovetail bar with a 1/4" bolt through it into a ball head and stick the camera on that. (extra cost zero, as I "borrowed" the bolt from my vintage lawn mower).

You can get flat Vixen dovetail plates designed for a DSLR but I normally use a ball head on the standard SW one, this gives better options for framing the subject.

The star adventurer L bracket might work too.

will those two things do it? I think I might have a long vixen dovetail bar but I'll have to have a rummage

I use the short version of these https://www.firstlightoptics.com/skywatcher-mounts/skywatcher-dovetail-mounting-plates.htm it has the advantage of being flat and the recessed locking sections make it more secure for me.
