Any one know where i can get a length of Ali seemless tube with an ID of 115mm to make a custom dewshield for a refractor?

I would think a dedicated plumbing merchant/supplier... (not the DIY superstores)... would be the best choice.

Also have a look @ air-conditioning ducting, they come in lots of different sizes & materials...

I think i have sorted this, it will be a laminate of 0.5mm plastic sheet, if it works then i will post a few pics

I got some heavy black felt. It's about 1 cm thick and works great. I have a street light just outside my observatory and using the felt dew shield removes any glare at all from the light. I do 600+ seconds on targets right next to the light without any problems.
