It's actualy no worse than a FLI 16804.

Now if they could get rid of the Bayer matrix and add Peltier cooling....

Mind you the nb filters you'd need are fairly mind numbingly expensive, and only a FSQ106 or Vixen VSD 100 would cover the sensor.

If you're thinking of paying this much, a dedicated AP image sensor would be a much better bet.
