My wifes family have had a clear out and gave me some lenses that had been collecting dust, hurray!

The one in particular that im interested in is a 200mm 2.8 canon fd lens, is it possible to somehow get this to fit a t2 thread? I really want to use it for widefield stuff on my atik 16hr (how very retro)

The lens has a backfocus of 42mm

The camera 18mm so i have a few mm to play with.

Cheers.

To get FD lens to male T2:

Remove the FD throat from a broken camera off the 'bay.

Then contrive the attachment of a T2 adapter to the camera side of this.

Screw in a T2 male -to-male conversion ring.

That's FD lens-FD throat-T2 adapter-male converter.
