I've just rec'd this link from a friend. Don't know when it was posted, but I'm sure it'll raise a smile on more than a few faces as it did for me. The passion really comes across, however you'll quickly realise he doesn't have naff UK weather to dampen his spirits.

Shhesh. Wasn't Pete Lawrence's pics posted before this one, clearly showing the storms? Was it Pete or Nick? Somebody with a Lumenera that bit I recall....

I've enjoyed that and found it really encouraging :-) that amateur Astronomers can make, and do make, contributions to the world of science.
