Hi,

I have just installed an app on my iPad called NightSkyToolBox cost £1.49 to give a number of things.

Various time calculations, Polar Alignment, Field of View (FOV) giving Scope and camera details and it calculates Resolution and FOV.

Great...

To pick up the Longitude and  Latitude, it needs the Privacy set to "ON" and the status for the app set to "while app on" changed from "Never".

Hi again,

I have input data for scope and camera.... it initially did not do any calculations. I switch the iPad off for 5 minutes and switched it back on and hey presto it did the calculations....

The app's use of Edit is to delete what you enter!  (it does not appear you to correct entries, so you must delete and start again)
