Clear skies were forecast BUT...

Google promised it would be -1° and partially clear, but this was the view from my living room window this morning. I don't mind the snow but star lights pretty too!

I've got a crystal clear sky with horrendous seeing (according to meteoblue), I spent 20mins trying to get focus on polaris. The [removed word] just kept drifting in and out of focus That's 3 times out of the last 4 sessions.

Typically I spent last weekend getting improving my collimation as perfect as I could so I'm dying to test it out. On the plus side I did get to test out my new spiral wrapped cabling to see how affective it was at resisting my dogs and also reducing setup and strip down time

Bizarre! It's clear here at the moment, exceptional seeing, but mist forming everywhere and ice forming on me and the scope. Still, a nice view of the gRS just disappearing round the disk and some nice close doubles (ED80 - grab 'n go).
