Extending this a little further, what would you rather have (assuming they are mutually exclusive):

* Someone who can pronounce "Ronchi" correctly?

* Someone who can show you how to perform and interpret a Ronchi test?

Thanks! I didn't know what a ronchi test is!

On SGL, the second option might be more common I guess!

Ronchi is pronounced as Ronki.

In Italian ch- and gh- are hard sounds. Classical Latin pronunciation is always hard instead. This feature plus the absence of soft l- articles is to me the reason why Latin is not as musical as Italian.

Lol, as an amateur Egyptologists I cringe at some of the pronunciations I hear. Thanks to Stargate (and the Americans) I have to listen to everyone, including some Egyptologists, pronounce Abydos as 'abi'dos' instead of 'ab'eye'dos'.
