The Triangulum Galaxy

Hey everyone.

This weekend I was lucky enough to get two full nights of imaging from a dark location! I dedicated the first session to M33, and got just above 6 hours of useful data. Here's the result:

61 frames of 6 minutes, calibrated with bias and flat frames, captured with a full-spectrum modded Canon EOS 1100D and no filters, through a Skywatcher Explorer 150PDS on an EQ5.

I might do a more thorough post-processing after I've caught up on some lost sleep.   Constructive criticism is of course appreciated.

I'll post the result from the second imaging session when I'm done processing it.

After a fresh look at the image I thought it looked a little overprocessed. Here's a more subtle approach, which I personally think looks a lot better:

That's a lovely image. I've just started this with the RASA but the weather at present is.......awful. I shot some of the L but that is about all at present.
