Looking for targets: preferably in the south-east

Recommended Posts

The weather forecast is looking good tonight, it's taken long enough for the clouds to disappear (already 3/4 of the way through my moonless nights and this is the first time the sky has been clear!)

I've currently got these objects in mind (and made notes as to where they are in my star charts):

M31- easy
--------
Double cluster- easy
--------
heart/soul nebula- probably too light polluted but easy to find,
--------
Saggitarius star cloud- bottom of page 11
--------
Eagle nebula, above saggitarius star cloud on page 11
--------
Veil nebula, bottom of page 2/top of page 10
--------
Ring nebula, bottom left of page 3
--------
Dumbbell nebula, top left of page 11
--------
Pleiades- in the east- easy
--------

If anyone knows of some other objects that are reatively easy to find or are pretty bright, esp in the south to east direction you'd be a great help! (where my sky is darkest) I feel like my list is a little small right now.

In the south to east, my skies are roughly mag 5.2 naked eye, in the north it's a bit blegh, though.

(p.s. what sort of skies do you need to see nebulosity in the pleiades(or even hints), if it's visible at all... I'm looking either way)
